whenever i feel the slightest bit discouraged about life, all i have to do is look at this picture of my parents.
it reminds me that as long as we have someone in your lives that make us radiate and laugh this much... everything else will work itself out.
happy monday, everyone!
p.s. i also love that my parents look so norwegian. i think i need one of those sweaters.
That picture rocks, as does the sentiment.

Oh how cute!!!!
ReplyDeleteI just learned to knit Fair Isle. It would take me forever to make your Dad's sweater but it is a nice one.
ReplyDeleteI love this picture. I am half Norwegian on my mother's side, and she has a bunch of Norwegian sweaters. I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDelete... ;) well...I can tell you, this sweater is called "Lusekofte" , and it is as norwegian as it can be! There are several traditional knitting patterns in different parts of Norway, knitting has a strong tradition here in Norway and the technique found in today's wool sweaters has been practiced since the 9th century.
ReplyDelete...So...it all began in Norway! ;)
I think you have a great blog!
;)
